Lovely hotel in a great location to the temples. Also, away from the crazy crowded night life. The breakfast is divine- the pool is lovely and the service by the staff was fantastic. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in town. The price of the hotel is very high as are the food and drinks. We only had one dinner there and it was $108.00 US for a hamburger, chicken dish and 2 slings, also spring roll starter. This is really high for the area. The add VAT and service charge totaling 24%. You get what u pay for in accommodations I would eat elsewhere for a long stay. The breakfast is worth it if u plan to tour all day long!

Stunning hotel with incredibly attentive staff. We had a 4am pick up to see Angkor Wat and the kitchen staff prepared a backpack full of breakfast goodies and coffee for our morning- such a lovely touch and very appreciated. Breakfast was fantastic with mimosa or champagne available. The pool area was lovely and was quiet when we were there. The bar had a lovely moody atmosphere and a great range of whiskeys to try. Sadly, didn't have time to use the day spa but it did look amazing. Would definitely go back if we visit Siem Reap again.

Hospitality (noun): the friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers. Could not have been more true. The family loved every minute - cooking class, wine tasting, lounging by the massive pool, just having the lovely staff say a good morning to the kids by name. In our opinion, this is THE BEST HOTEL IN THE WORLD RIGHT NOW (sorry, Aman; Four Seasons; Mandarin Oriental, but they really are a tremendously warm and stylish act to top).

All the staff were excellent and made our stay a wonderful experience. Our driver Phakum was excellent through out our vacation, you are lucky to have such a talented employee. Cameron the guide you provided was also excelent and answerd all our questions with great enthusiasm. They both obviously have a great knowledge and love for their country and Raffels. Sorry if I have mispelt their names. I forgot to mention the swimming pool and spa which was beautiful.

Amazing hotel. Location in downtown. 3 min walk to the nice restaurants and big supermarket. National Museum just behind the hotel. 15 min walk or 3 min ride to Night Market and vibrant city area. Hotel with beautiful colonial design, amazing hospitality, super friendly staff, cozy lobby and bar and stunning breakfast area! Very recommended to stay in Raffles to enjoy such a beautiful experience
